Scarlet Oak Tavern is a family owned and operated business. Part of the Webber Restaurant Group founded in 2004.

At Scarlet Oak Tavern we love being a part of the local community.

We are a scratch kitchen where all items are prepared daily during the growing season we highlight items from our farm at Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA.

Our roots are grounded in conservation and we love using local companies whenever possible, we even have a few North Shore distillers who barrel spirits specifically for our restaurants.

The Position:

As a Server at Scarlet Oak Tavern you are responsible for ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable experience. Whether its through a warm greeting upon arrival, assisting a guest with our menu items or building relationships with our regulars; you get to create a one-of-a-kind experience for each of our guests. A Server is responsible for being an expert on our food, wine, beer and cocktail menus, providing responsible alcohol service, handling cash and having fun!

Server candidates should have a minimum of 1 year server or bartender experience in a full-service, high volume restaurant.

* Ability to multi-task and handle stress.

* Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.

* Be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and carry trays.
